Vocalist Jessica Vigneault, accompanied by the Montréal National Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Christine Jensen, pays lively tribute to the incomparable Ella Fitzgerald, who was perhaps the greatest jazz singer of the twentieth century. The program includes hit songs that made this grande dame of jazz famous, including “Embraceable You,” “Fascinating Rhythm,” and “Someone to Watch over Me” by George and Ira Gershwin, Johnny Mercer’s “Laura,” Cole Porter’s “You Do Something to Me,” and many more.

Hum along to your favorite songs and dance in the aisles while a vibrant singer and a stirring ensemble bring back the great era of Big Band music.
