USEFUL INFORMATION

FOR A MEMORABLE VISIT

Good weather, bad weather
Concerts are never cancelled due to rain. The Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay has 2,000 seats under the roof, sheltered from inclement weather. In the case of a violent storm, our staff is responsible for taking the necessary measures to ensure your safety.

No Refund
In the case of rain, only “LAWN” tickets may be exchanged for another concert.

Arrive early
The gates of the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay open two hours before concerts begin.

If you do not already have your tickets, we advise arriving about forty minutes prior to concert time.

If you have chosen to enjoy one of the Festival’s fine dining partner restaurants, plan to arrive at the restaurant about 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays or about 11 a.m. on Sundays in order to ensure you have a relaxed dining experience. For a list of our partner restaurants, click here.

For information about our plates featuring local cuisine on sale at the SAQ Bistro (on site), we recommend reserving in advance at the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay box office. For more information about the SAQ Bistro’s services, click here.

Latecomers
Latecomers must wait for a pause in the program before taking their seats.

Warm, comfortable clothes
As the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay is an outdoor concert venue, be sure to bring warm clothes for evening concerts, since the temperature can cool considerably after sunset. Comfortably clothed, you will enjoy the relaxed, enchanting setting of the site.

Use of sun umbrellas
So as not to obstruct the view of the stage or disturb concert-goers, sun umbrellas must be closed in the front section of the lawn when the concert begins. They may remain open only in the designated area at the rear of the lawn.

Protecting the environment
We ask all our visitors to respect the natural beauty of the site and not to walk in the wooded areas. Please use the trash cans and recycling containers. During your visit to the area, we also ask that you respect the cultural heritage of our century-old churches.

First Aid
For your safety, a trained first-aid assistant is on hand at each concert to provide assistance in case of illness.

Change of program
Performers and repertory may change without notice. The Festival cannot be held responsible for last-minute changes.

Animals

All animals except seeing-eye dogs are forbidden in the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay.
