Practical guide

From June 30 to August 7, the Festival de Lanaudière presents a 45th edition at the both resolutely international and deeply rooted in Lanaudière. Faithful to the initial ambition of its founder Fernand Lindsay, the Festival will offer reunions between today's essential artists and music lovers, in the unique atmosphere of the warm summer evenings of Lanaudière.

This year, the Festival will present fourteen major concerts at the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay, ten concerts in the most beautiful churches of Lanaudière and a new series Hors les murs emphasizing the next generation and the richness from the Lanaudière region. Four free screenings of musical films at the Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheater will complete the program.

Concerts are never canceled in case of rain. If you have a "lawn" ticket and it is raining during the concert, it will always be possible to exchange it for another concert of the 2021 edition, subject to availability only, in the 48 hours preceding your event. . To exchange your tickets, please contact the Place des Arts box office at 1 866 842-2112. In the event of a violent storm, our staff will take the necessary steps to ensure your safety.

As the Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheater is an open-air concert hall, plan to bring warm clothes for the evening concerts, as the air sometimes becomes chilly at dusk. Wear comfortable clothes and enjoy the enchanting setting of the Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheater, the Festival takes place in a relaxed atmosphere.

The gates of the Fernand-Lindsay Amphitheater open 2 hours before the start of the concert. If you do not have your tickets, we advise you to arrive approximately 40 minutes before the start of the concert. Traffic around the Amphitheater is sometimes denser.

If you have chosen to take advantage of one of the Festival's good partner tables, plan to arrive at the restaurant around 5 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays) or around 11 a.m. (Sundays) in order to enjoy the pleasures of the table. To consult the list of our partner restaurants, click here.
